Born in 1964 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Maka Mikeladze graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University. Her professional background is quite wide and fruitful as she’s tried herself in different fields as Psychiatry, Journalism, Modeling and Acting. She has published several short stories and poems and has received different literary awards over the years, such as: Best Collected Stories of 2011; best journalistic story “My City” of 1996; and a prize for best debut actor for a movie “Leonardo”.
